PRSM was started in 2005 and began its first years running as a sole prop business before taking on the shape and branding that PRSM is today. With nearly 20 years of experience in core service-delivery, we have honed our craft, taking our essential partnering role very seriously.
We focus on building meaningful relationships with our clients, and customising our service delivery according to their unique needs. We hold ourselves to a high ethical standard in every aspect of what we do.
We are situated in beautiful Bloubergstrand, Cape Town - and love having our clients over for a coffee and a chat. We conduct much of our work and meetings via online platform and offer fully remote assistance/support.
SO…WHO’S who?
Rob
Rob founded PRSM and is the Visionary and Team Leader: “PRSM is my precious baby and is so much an extension of my own heart and values. I love teaming with my awesome colleagues as well as with our clients…who are more partners than customers”.
Qualifications: Rob has a BSc from UCT, completed the Post-Grad Programme in Advanced Taxation with University of Pretoria as well as the Advanced Programme in Organisational Development with Unisa…rumour has it that he believes these qualifications are badges and that he intends to collect one from each major Tertiary-studies institution in SA (…probably not true!).
One of Rob’s proudest achievements is in learning to make a good Flat White - preferred on his stove-top moka-pot espresso-maker (it’s also what all of his colleagues at PRSM enjoy most about him!).
When he grows up Rob’s aspiration is to be a competent surfer, and many of his days start before sunrise where you will find him paddling into the waves in Blouberg.
Rob is a certified General Tax Practitioner (SA)
Wadza
Wadza is our Accounting Administrator , overseeing accounting for our owner-managed businesses, companies, non-profit organisations and Trusts.
Wadza has a BSc in Economics, an Accounts Administration Diploma and Sage X3 and QBO Certification.
Wadza has many years of experience and is driven to always deliver her best, ensuring accuracy and great service that always come with her friendly smile.
Estelle
Estelle is our Payroll Administrator.
She hails from Pretoria, where she obtained her BCom (Accounting) degree. Estelle has, however, come to enjoy the world of payroll above accounting.
Estelle is loyal and as true as steel, and driven to ensure that things are right.
